    ITER is a unique, first-of-a-kind project that aims to demonstrate the technological and scientific feasibility of fusion energy.


    WOOD one of three partners making up the Consortium MOMENTUM (construction management-as-agent contractor) is project managing the construction and assembly of more than one million components in world’s largest fusion reactor.

    As construction management-as-agent contractor, MOMENTUM is managing the construction and assembly of the first full-scale test reactor to include balance of plant and the Tokomak itself.

    We are recruiting for a Site Materials Data Controller with 2 to 7 years of experience who will be repsonsible for :

    • Takes direction from and interacts directly with the CMA Material Manager
    • Responsible for the Material Management information gathering and communication
    • Responsible for introduction of DAs and Suppliers delivery data into SmartPlan Materials using the IO Suppliers Portal
    • Manage the interface with the Logistic Service Provider (LSP) in order to provide all scheduling and technical information to receive Material Deliveries in the Site.
    • If necessary, provide Training to the DAs and Suppliers to use the Suppliers Portal.
    • Form strong relationships with the CMA Material & Logistic Team
    • Focus on delivery, value for money and value creation activities

    Please note the job offer would be based on a local French contract – this would not be an expatriate assignment.

    To non-European candidates, please note you will have to manage your work-permit procedure.

    Compétences / Qualifications

    Essential skills :

    • International material management/ logistic experience managing delivery of construction equipment and materials in a large scale project environment
    • Successful operational experience of SmartPlan Material software is a plus
    • Cognisance of different cultural requirements and behaviours
    • Fluent in English, with additional French preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with creative solution and problem solving skills
