Scheduling Specialist


  • Takes direction from and interacts directly with the CMA Construction Site Manager end the Site Construction Delivery Support Team Leader
  • Responsible with IO for the project scheduling for L2 (Construction Master Schedule)
  • Fully responsible for the project scheduling for L3 (Detailed Schedules)
  • Constantly analyse and propose mitigation and recovery solutions to potential disruptions or delays
  • Perform schedule control processes related to IO authorisations
  • Perform verifiable progress update (L2) and detailed scheduled performance report (L3)
  • Leadership of cost, quality, risk and schedule requirements of the project

Compétences / Qualifications

  • Significant experience of major international (multi-$bn) EPC/EPC(m) as the scheduling specialist using Primavera software
  • Analysis of the specific constraints identified on the schedules issued by the works contractors (FIWPs review & CWP baselining schedule)
  • Provision of services of projects in a highly regulated environment, preferably nuclear
  • Provision of services in an At-Risk work environment preferably on a Time and Materials basis
  • Notable working in a teaming environment
  • Effective working in an integrated Client/Contractor organisation
  • Leadership of a multi-national joint venture(s) and cognisance of different cultural requirements
  • Experience in the transition & transformation of an organisation to work and achieve collaboratively
  • Demonstrable experience of earned value, risk management and project scheduling tools & techniques to support the efficient delivery of this internationally recognised project


  • Ability to integrate and provide all support services required by a delivery focused organisation in a large complex project environment
  • Ability to work as a member of a high-performance team and held to account to the effective achievement of the project end objective
  • Technically experienced
